The Hometown Roofers is currently looking to add more salesmen to join our team.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to climb ladders to get on a roof when necessary.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Be Self-motivated, self-disciplined.
- Must have a smart phone to take pictures/videos.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Confidence in public speaking.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Provide insight to prospective and existing clients.
- Sales demonstrations to potential clients.
- Development training.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting & documenting homes from storm damage or service calls.
- To self-generate leads and run office leads. You will market & network for new clients.
- Help our customers after roof inspections to educate them on roof replacements, small repairs, and insurance claims.
- Creating estimates and measuring roofs.
- We will train you on how to use our CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
